how do the numbers compare yearly? does there seem to be more from since the nineties than before the nineties decade.
and has any scientific research found any causes of it?

I have been really struggling with panic attacks for the past few months.
Yesterday i had one at lunch time at school and came to class late with my eyes still bloodshot.
My teacher knows about my anxiety, so she was nice and didn't ask any questions.
But everyone else kept annoying me and saying that i've become weird lately and they want to know whats wrong..

The question is:
Should i tell them?
What reactions have you had from people whe you tell them?

ight we all have it some worse then others and some not as bad, well it just so happens i have it really bad(like a pussy emo kid ahha) but i also have a bad temper and i get panic attacks alot. is there anything i can do that will help? i just cant get ****** happy? i mean wrighting songs helps(wrighting for 8 years now!!! once my friend didnt wanted to talk with me on msn because she was in that time of the month. later she said she was angry and she was affraid that she would say something that would hurt me, so she didnt talked with me.

is it really so bad? so I'll meet my love and when she will be in that time of the month, then she wont hug with me or cuddlle with me or talk with me???? this can hurt me, one small rejection and I'm already in tears. I thought I'm that sweet guy that would make them to feel better during those things, but my friend still didnt wanted to talk with me. is it really so bad?

my freinds mum recently died , and about a month before , i had a dream that someone had died and me my self and my parents had gone to the funreal . I had a funny feeling about the 12 th of Novermeber and that is when she died the funreal was the same as in my dream . i can't touch people!
when anyone touches me i wash for hours and hours with scalding water and soap.
I refuse to use plates & saucepans anyone else has touched and have my own.
I won't use my family's bath and have had to have my own shower installed.
I also won't touch my pets and if they come near me I freak out and wash more.
I don't want to go out anymore incase I touch someone and I don't want to go near all the gross stuff outside.
What the hell is wrong with me?

It doesn't matter if they are rich, poor, black, white, hispanic, asian, driving a nice car or a clunker. I don't usually remember my dreams.. I don't really remember the last dream I remembered.. But, the other night I had a dream my boyfriend died. I have been having the same dream for the past week and it scares me everytime I think about it. Maybe someone can tell me what this dream means.

I dream that I am in California watching the sunset along the coast when all of a sudden I feel violent earth movements beneath my feet and as I look around, I see buildings falling down and hear people screaming and it makes me wonder if I have somehow managed to see in my dreams the big earthquake that will divide the entire State of California from the rest of the USA, making it an Island.

This big earthquake is estimated by scientists to run true along the San Andreas Fault Line that runs down the entire state of California and it is a terrible dream to have to endure every night when I am sound asleep, any suggestions?
