im on holiday my hotel room is 11th {top floor} through the night everywhere is flooded im looking out from my balcony im surrounded by the sea.

Hmmmm.........................you dream sounds like that at a time when your are relaxing and enjoying yourself trouble and turmoil will break out. But since you are at the top floor, the trouble will not overtake you. The sea represents the world and the issues which are in it.

if u felt scared, then u obviously are being overwhelmed by somethign happening in ur life. If you were calm, then you probably being flooded by a new emotion, something that gived u peace.

water symbolizes emotions. you're on the eleventh floor which is pretty high and maybe the number eleven has some significant meaning in your life/chart. i see it as you're trying to avoid some emotional feelings... maybe you should just face up to it.
