Try sticking your finger down your throat. Yes, whoever wants this information, it will work, and than they will lose all their nutrients in the body, get really skinny, become bulimic, than they will probably die. To bad this person can't just go on a regular healthy diet and exercise, or just be happy with the way they look. Shame on the media for making girls feel like they have to resort to this in order to be attractive, when in fact they just look like Nicoli Richi. What a shame.

There is a drug available in the USA and Canada in quantities of 1 ounce or less with out a prescription called "Ipecac." It is used in small quantities to induce vomiting when poisoning is suspected. Only the syrup form of the drug should be used and it should not be used as a form of weight control because of serious, possibly lethal, side effects. You should also contact the poison control center ( # found In the telephone book) and the emergency room of the hospital if poisoning is suspected.
