you forget things? then you get all upset and depressed when you forget the constant flood of thoughts that are racing through your mind? you obsess alot about pettiness, petty things.
it makes you upset because you feel all jumbled up and disorganised....you worry and obsess about materialism and not having enough or not having what youd like, along with other floods of thoughts....
has anyone got any strategies on how to deal with this specific condition?

I have finally found strength to file for divorce from my very physiologically abusive husband. He is not a bad person but extremely controlling and manipulative. His love was not empowering but suffocating. Now that I have started seeing someone else I still find it surprising that someone can like me the way I am, can adore me instead of criticizing, find some of my traits charming rather than annoying. And I know deep inside that what he sees in me is true: I am a very attractive, smart, charismatic and witty woman and still I cannot shake off the feeling that I am unworthy, or in my soon to be ex's words "good for nothing". Where do I start to rebuild my self-esteem again, to become myself again?

Is there any advice one could give, if they have or have had experience with this? I feel neglected sometimes when the mood never stays on.

A year ago I met this Thai lady and later decided to do Thai food business. She only does the cooking while I am doing the sales & marketing. We have just started a month ago. All this while before we start the business and now, if she is in bad mood she would talked angrily at the top of her voice. And now whenever I feedback to her about something, she would get angry and start screaming loudly saying " I don't want to listen, don't say". Many people start staring at her, she just goes on and on. Do you gather that people would think that I am scared of her just because I don't shout back. The reason I have learnt if one person is screaming loudly and the other joined in is also mad too. She wants people to listen what she say. She can say when what she likes but not other people. She has no good word for anybody except herself. Two workers quit saying they couldn't stand her any longer. Should she see a doctor? She really looks mad when she scream. Can someone advise

Lost me' papa on Easter Sunday. It's been a mess ever since. I really want to go to ND to scatter his remains, but my familys' really broken right now. Should I go and support the few family members going, or should I just stay in the mid west? It only happens once, so i should go, right? Money is extremely tight, as it is for everyone else, and I just got evicted from my former apt. I may have to move again soon. My point: Any trips deemed uneccesary are out of the question. This trip, though, may have to be. It'll be in about the next couple of mos. Thanks. Any insight will be of great help, and appreciation. Go Vikings!!

everytime i use the laptop (whether for work or surfing internet), my mum always forces me to turn the laptop so that she can see the screen. it's such a pain when she chooses to sit in one direction then turn to another direction. and she forces me to shift as well.
i can understnad if she wants to see if im playing games on the sly. but thing is, she also reads my msn messages and emails over my shoulder. and questions me about anything i say. total disregard for my privacy.

in school, i am treated as invisible, someone not worth listening to. this could partly be due to my softspokenness and painful lack of sociability.

i am very tired of being treated like this, and lonely. at home it isnt much different.
