My friend is 18 but she still has nightmares every night. When she has nightmares, she shivers, chokes in her dreams, she breathes harder, and when she woke up, she is so terrified that she bursts to tears. She often dreams o f dark, empty place, and no one is there, and suddenly she faints in her dream and cannot wake up.
She starts to have the nightmare when we have the first row. So she told me maybe the reason is me. But then we're Ok and her nightmares still continue.
Now she starts to cut herself because she cannot take it anymore. I told her to find a psychologist but she has a phobia since she had a problem with psychologist when she was small.
Now I really don’t know what to do, since things are getting worse.

people in the future and no that their not going to betray you, abuse you in some way like people did to you in the past?
how can you drop the guard you put up? which will inevitably keep people away from you, also if you act hostile in your attitude because of what people have done to you in the past,
how can you stop this pattern?

I had threee readings mainly looking for hope. The first two were identifiable, the third Im not sure I can believe. The last one seemed to be giving me life knowledge just to make the bill higher and I won't go back to her. Im going to stop because im looking for hope. guess ive got to think what will be will be.

My boyfriend says that when someone tickles your feet, you can control the laughter. I have tried and there is no way in hell I can control it. If what he says is true, why can't I keep from laughing? I don't have to laugh at funny jokes or faces but am totally helpless when my feet are tickled. Is there a way to overcome this like he says or is he just saying this to frustrate me?

Europeans lead the world in differences in appearance, all kinds of hair color and textures, different color complexions etc., wheras Asians, Africans Native Americans across the board, on the other hand do seem to more or less share the same course black hair, same sort of complexion, dark eye color... etc.
Why is this? I'm not sure, but one theory I believe in is that Europeans are definitely a Sapiens/Neanderthal hybrid while the rest of the world races are mostly just Sapiens.

This dream has haunted me in what this dream would mean...

In the dream I was standing in the middle of a field (similar to the one in the first gladiator battle with the trees). The sky was filled with arrows heading towards me. I walked into the line of fire of the arrows. Whenever I got hit, it hurt, I could feel the pain from the dream and couldnt move that part of my body/face. I walked several hundred feet away in the opposite direction and landed on my knees with arrows in my face and arms. In knowing that I didn't want to be disfigured I decided to pull the arrows out of my wrists to end my life. Once pulled out, I started feeling tired and fell on my back looking up at the skyu, gazing at the beautiful scenery.

When I woke up, I was fine, so I know it was all in my head, but I can't interpret it.

I'm on top of a high building with both my sons the oldest is 2 the yougest 2 months and I'm trying to keep them from falling off I'm holding my baby in my arms and my 2 year old with my legs and he keeps slipping sometimes my 2 year old falls and I swear I can't breathe sometimes in the dream I go after him this keeps happening some days I just close my eyes and because this dream scared me so bad it's still implanted in my head and it's like a daydream only I feel like I'm going to have a panic attack and how can I stop this dream I hate it I don't want to sleep but it's gotten so bad that I see it when I'm awake.

Ive always had really good gut feelinsg about things and usually im right. More and more lately I've been able to tell peoples birthdays when I first meet them.....a few nights ago theres a guy on my MSN that I have never met or seen before and randomly I just knew he was left handed (he really is).....

Last night i had a dream that one of the guys from my class moved away and then my bestest guy friend said he was moving too.

i don't really remember much about the dream but i remember that in my dream i was really depressed and i wanted to move too.

i also remember somthing about highschool next year, exept instead of it being a normal school on the ground, it was in a tree, i think i was in band class...

next year in high school the two of us won't be in any classes together, so maybe that's where the dream comes from, help please <333
