First you have to define what exactly is being "content". As I see it, being content means having everything you want. And I mean EVERYTHING. But is this possible? The answer is simply no.

We live in a dynamic world. Everything is changing by the hour. Everything changes and so does our wants. hence, noone can ever be contented.

I think we have moments of contentment, but to be content with the world seems to lead to laziness. I do think materially we should want what we already have, not always try to have we want.

contentment is relative to the state of ones environment . for example the purpose of communication is satisfaction were we satisfied we would be content . to gain contentment requires the ability to recognise our discontentment and weigh the reasons and the rational that go with it ,in order to take appropriate action and just action that does not conflict with our purpose aim or end . does the end justify the means or in other words how do we go from discontentment to contentment is the question to me.

A perfect life is one that was meant to be.
When all others fail you've still got you.
You could have all the money in the world, but nothing else; with happiness, there's no limit.
I'm me because I want to be.
By picking its petals you do not gain the beauty of the rose.

I love who I am; I love my life; I love what I have.

Hey, I'm breathing, aren't I?
