Guilt comes from within.

Accept it, then for the most part, forget it and move on.

Good Luck!

Guilty feelings need to be analyzed carefully and I'd recommend a shrink. Dealing with guilt can be tricky and very hard to do in a healthy manner. When guilt is involved, I think that opinions of those that are close to me matter the most. Also doctors.

Well, whatever you are feeling guilty of, if sorry is not the right thing to say, just express your feelings to someone. Tell them what you are feeling guilty of, and why. That will definatly help you. You can either tell somebody, the person who it involves, write it down maybe, just get it out somehow, because if you keep the guilty feeling inside of you and dont say anything, it will keep on building up with time, and thats no good. Hope this really helps you, and that you deal w/ your feelings!

I don't know what is happen, but your question seemed to be something that is happen frequently with you or somebody you know.
In that case, you should examine yourself inside your personality because everybody made mistakes. If we feel guilt for any mistake we made, we won't live in peace. When the problem will be another one, you should talk with this person in order to solve the case, otherwise you'll think about that everytime.
So, don't feel guilt about everything because you need to feel free about these feelings to live without it.

for every cause there is prevention of the cause so for the cause of guilt there is the prevention of guilt guilt in itself means you yourself have done something wrong so when it comes to guilt you usually are left with no choice but to deal with it .... so if you are looking at measures as to how to deal wid it then lets just say always talk to the person involved an ask the person what he/she would do in ur shoes.....................??

It helps to remember that you are not the same person who did whatever it is you feel guilty about (we reinvent ourselves every second of every day). Try asking yourself if you think you've punished yourself enough over that issue, and, can you let go of wanting to punish yourself.
