It started out with dissaciative amnesia (my diagnosis) until 14 years of age I blocked out most of my childhood. When parts of it started coming back to me I started experiencing anxiety attacks. With the 4th sexual abuse incedent a few months into my marriage I started passing out when stressed with any kind of emotion. When I became pregnant with my husbands child the convulsions started. They happend anywhere from 3 to 5 times a day to once every 3 months. It kept on like that for over two years. It took me until the end of last year to see someone where I was diagnosied with dissociative convulsions by a psychologist. Once the commute to see her became an imposition for my husband at work I had to stop seeing her and they suggest that I see a psychiatrist to get me on medication to speed up the process and basically stop the convulsions. What should I do? Please only respond if you know something about the disease.

considering the history since the dawn of human civilizations, we can conclude one thing. no system, no government, no civilization and offcousrse no ones forever. its been 230 years since usa came into existence and has been a super power for almost 60 years now. soviet became a superpower few yrs before the usa (technically) and collapsed in 1991. history repeats. chinese empire was a superpower untill late 1200's and later collapsed and again now seems its coming back, same with India.all the superpowers have collapsed from indus, egyptian to british empire. now --- usa; i somehow see the slow and gradual weaking of the economy. it no longer has the lusture it used to have back in the day. whats the future for
USA (democracy)?
India (democracy)?
china (communist)?

honest answers welcomed. :)

This is regading my younger brother. He is 15 yrs old & has just given his 10th Board exam.here is his case study:-
we are two brother and two sisters. He is youngest among us, ie 4th one.He has age gap of 9 years from first one and 6 year from the third one.
Due to such a huge gap between his age and ours..he cannot enjoy his childhood as usually one do. although we try to indulge with him but due to our career(we have to go out for studies ) we were able to spend much time with him.My parents are also busy, so they cannot spend much time with him for his studies. add to that , there is always pressure upon him to perform like ours.(we except him were very good in studies).and due to our nonavailablity at home , he has the extra responsibilty of helping our parents. Due to this continuos pressure , he had lost his interest in studies. we tried that there should not be pressure from our side. he is going very poorley in studies.
Q;how we can regenerate self driving force in him?

synesthesia...it is, in its simplest form, when one sense triggers another unrelated sense. like, if you hear a number, you see a color. or if you hear a certain sound, you taste some particular taste. its not a voluntary thing, it has to do with wireing in the brain from what ive gatherd. i for example, can hear a number, and see a color. for example, if i hear the number 6, i see a flash of blue, 13 is an almost neon red, and so on. i didnt know this had a name till tonight, all i knew is that i heard numbers and saw colors. some people have used this to help them with math, and end up beign REALLY good at it. it doesnt help me with that, but it does make remembering phone numbers easier. also, sometimes i see colors and then get a taste of something. that one is really weird, and tends to only happen if the color stands out to me somehow, like a blue ball in a field of yellow flowers. so, do you have a form of synesthesia? if so, what? Discribe your experiences!

When my ex broke up with me, he was pursuing another girl..a one night stand he was with before we met, who had his child because of it. He told me she was a mistake and he thought she was "trash", and it was a big msitake. Well, I found out when he was pursuing her he told her he was never attracted to me and never really loved me. I asked him about it, and of course he denied it. But his actions now made me think he did say these things. Now, I am very insecure, self concious about how attractive I am. I know it sounds stupid, but I cant help it. His opinion of me mattered at one time, & now I feel like he lied to me. When we were together he showed me much interest and I am total opposites of this other girl. I am just more conservative and "classier". I dont get what he saw in her ,looks and personality. Im told I am very pretty but I second guess myself now, I am not as confident as I used to be.Wether or not he was being honest, why did he say these things he made me feel foolish

We are now seeing the society slowly transforming into a caste based and communal based environement. Temperments are growing which is leading to quarrels even for petty issues.
Political issues are also being given communal and caste touch.Everything is being politicalised.

seems I've tried everything over the years..nothing seems to last or be fullfilling very long. I don't seem to have found my 'nitch' in life,so to speak, and often wonder why that is.

My uncle was murder someone in October and my aunt is dying from cancer and this is her last year (family lives in FL, I live in CA). I haven't really talked about it and I feel like I am suppressing the whole thing (I don't even think about it either). What will happen if I don't tell anyone? Am I going to randomly explode one day? I like to avoid the whole conversation concerning my aunt. Is it a good idea to talk to my high school counselor?

Well this is how my dream went, I even considered writing a book based off of it it was kinda cool, but anyway.

I was in a school class room with 15 other kids, later that "day" the tv said the government was shipping 16 special people off into a camp to make us people normal again because when we were in the room we were posioned, then the dream went on and I was sent to this "special camp" and what my new problem was is that I would suddenley out of no were lose my temper and become uncontrolable. And there were others around me with different problems in this camp that the government sent us off to, anybody have an idea what this might mean???
