To make people aware of problems affecting the female population as listed below.

Countries such as Canada and the U.S.A are thankfully not part of this horrid problem but it doesn't mean it doesn't occur.Even is such rich and prosperous nations such as China, women are harassed repeatedly. They are sold into slavery and abused in every way possible. Why? Because religion dictates every family must have a son but the law says a family can only have one child so these girls are sold. In the Middle East many are married off at the age of five to settle debts. They are considered to be worth less because of extremists (not Muslims so don't yell at me). In India, female fetuses are aborted or abandoned after birth because if they keep females they will eventually have to pay a dowry when the girl marries.

In my opinion the only way to stop this is to spread education to BOTH men and women. Men must learn to let go of old traditions and beliefs. Women must learn that they can control their own lives and have the right to take action.

Education= A better world period

dear friend,
Strictly speaking " the benefits for the women on the womens day is only one thing i.e. to remember their unveiling nature from the worst things......
it only create sympathy towards them but not give any real life freedom to them......
even they didn't get their 33% place in all the fields on the women's day......
this only happens all the day for them if stalwart people be silent in their life.....

benefits for the poor people:
1. To educate them
2. remove infanticide
3. not torchered by the people
4. remove child marriage.....

A general awareness of the contribution and problems faced by the women. The awareness could bring a solution, maybe in the future. It also gives them their rightful place in the society, i.e. equality with the men

Woman's day was no different from any other day in my life. My husband told me he loved me a billion times, snuggled and kissed me and took care of me the same way he does every day.
