Send all girls to self defence courses at the age of 6, 11 and 16.
The society has to pay the course fees.
This is cheaper than care about the victims.

we should start adam-teasing to balance the situation!!!
jokes apart... seriously this is a problem to the girls
i think as individuals we can speak against it while it happen to someone else
the problem actually we don't care when a guy teases some one else's daughter or sister but still expect our girls to be helped while in trouble...
when we unite ...we can make a difference...atlest to the eve teasers.. certainly
one such guy be beaten black and blue... hundred such won't dare anymore
