I don't see cloning going that way. I see cloning as more of a parts industry. You're heart is going...clone it, without the nasty surprise...and voila!...you've a new heart. To cover the scar, they'll clone a sheet of your skin that will seamlessly blend with your old skin. To replicate your brain is beyond us at the moment I believe. It's the memory thing. Can't clone memories it seems. But everything else is up for grabs. Don't like your body image? Cloning surgery will replace plastic surgery in the not too distant future. It's much safer too, as all that's being cloned you already have. So, I have no problem with having parts of me cloned for maintenance reasons, a whole being though? I don't know...the prospect of having a female clone of me, running around, would be interesting though. Wonder if she'd go out with me? What a kick in teeth that would be...rejected by yourself.

Hmmm, nice idea like the clone could go to work for you when your unwell... hehehe But wouldn't it just get in the way too much. It would be EXACTLY like yourself, enjoy the same things and have the same thoughts and feelings... It would be a bit of a pain, unless your thinking of keeping it locked away somewhere, only to let it out at meal times. Hehehe

If you cloned your sore foot, what would be the point? You would only have another sore foot lying there.
