This is regading my younger brother. He is 15 yrs old & has just given his 10th Board exam.here is his case study:-
we are two brother and two sisters. He is youngest among us, ie 4th one.He has age gap of 9 years from first one and 6 year from the third one.
Due to such a huge gap between his age and ours..he cannot enjoy his childhood as usually one do. although we try to indulge with him but due to our career(we have to go out for studies ) we were able to spend much time with him.My parents are also busy, so they cannot spend much time with him for his studies. add to that , there is always pressure upon him to perform like ours.(we except him were very good in studies).and due to our nonavailablity at home , he has the extra responsibilty of helping our parents. Due to this continuos pressure , he had lost his interest in studies. we tried that there should not be pressure from our side. he is going very poorley in studies.
Q;how we can regenerate self driving force in him?

Between six loving and caring family members all of you can and should make the time to take the time to help him! I am not a math whiz however it does not take a genius to figure this out! However, you took the time to ask this perhaps it is as simple as that!

TIME.

If you really care about him, why couldn't you set a portion of your time specially for him? You've got seven days a week and twenty-four hours a day. You spend that time for your work, probably able to serve other people, yet you have none to spare for your brother whom you seem to really care for.

Take another look at your priorities; you AND your folks. After all, who else could you have thought of that would be able to help him... his family of course.
