To have mystical powers, to be a hero, to think of defeating a bunch of evil foes, to defeat the evil emperor, then to save a princess, to kiss her, to marry her. I know I'm too much infatuated, and as I said so, I think it's too much. I waste about 3 hours a day in day dreaming... I think it's time to do something about it, and I surely need some help cuz it's not that easy to do. How can I kick out that world out of my mind???????????

while the rest of the collection she carries around with her, does it mean anything?

My 7-year-old neice collects stamps, and I found an ordinary stamp hidden amongst her things. And, I know for a fact that she purposely hid it. She shows off the rest of her collection of stamps. I don't understand why she does this. She's a lovable child, and gets plenty of attention, I think. Is she on the brink of OCD?

Isn`t the view more important than the way the opinion is typed. Many hide behind foolish thought by using complex spelling but being smart is about making things easy and i find most spelling is illogical and is memory rather than thought based. I think its time for text speak to become the correct way of spelling altho i still think lol is annoying lol

I give her all the love I can; I just want to do EVERYTHING I can. thanks for any advice.

I'm tired of people saying that I am too cockey. It is retarded and it just leads me to think that they must not really value themselves enough to stroke their own ego. Kind of sad for them.

I have a lot of respect for people who know who they are and are proud of it. As long as you don't judge others and put other people down i see nothing wrong with having an air of confidence.

A seagull wants only to fly and not to spend his whole life looking for food like the other seagulls. He is banished from the flock for thinking the way he does. He pushes his physical limits and soars over the ocean. After he dies, he goes to a heaven-like place where there are other birds that also want to fly. A wise old bird becomes his mentor. The wise seagull tells him that he must seek perfection in flight. He learns to transport himself to a location just by thinking about it. He realizes that he must forgive his flock for kicking him out and goes back to share the knowledge he has gained. Once one of has students has also become a teacher, he leaves to truly pursue perfection.

What would Freud say this meant if it were someone's dream? You may recognnize the story... it's "Jonathan Livingston Seagull." Please answer only if you know what you're talking about!!!

I live with a very dramatic and stress inducing individual who constantly complains, worries, whines, expects pity, and is generally just very negative all the time. Literally NOTHING but negativity comes out of her mouth daily, and when someone (I) is trying their best to stay in a positive mindset, it's very hard to do so when I'm constantly reminded of everything negative. She causes me an abundance of stress, and though lately I've been trying very hard to improve myself when it comes to getting stressed etc., it's hard to so because she breaks me down and brings out the worst in me. I do not hold a driver's license at this time and I don't have much of a social life, so I'm constantly around her. I am not financially independent as I'm only 17, so I also can't move out. I can't get away from her. So what CAN I do, to deal with this? Thank you in advance. I appreciate your time and advice.

Feb. 13, 2007 — A new study from the University of Arizona says that women's offices have 3½ times more germs than men's.

http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/OnCall/story?id=2870987&page=1

"Women's purses can pick up a lot of germs. Gerba's study found FECAL BACTERIA IN ONE-THIRD OF THE HANDBAGS TESTED"

"Women's offices tend to be dirtier than men's for the following reasons. First, they tend to use hand lotion more often, which gets on surfaces and traps germs. Then, they tend to be around children more often then men, and we all know how easily kids transmit germs. And finally they use makeup, which tends to absorb germs. Then it rubs off the face or gets scattered by brushes and sponges," he said.

"Women, in particular, are more likely to put food in there. I'm not sure exactly why — maybe because they are more likely to be secret snackers," he said.

"We actually found a lot of mold inside the drawers because of food. Disinfectant wipes are a good way to eliminate bacteria and mold that accumulate."

Why are we so discriminated against we are forced to work in filth?

These poor things are living too...but we don't think twice about squashing them to get them out of our way. I actually do think twice about it but have to do the deed anyway because you can't let ants take over your kitchen or spiders will bite you. They are easier to put outside but sometimes this isn't possible and you're left no choice but to end their little lives. I resent being a creature murderer, don't you ? I wish it didn't have to be this way. I don't see how people murder other human beings because i feel guilty for killing ants.

Growing up in the Southeastern USA in the sixties and seventies I was witness to a lot of the prejuduce of the era. In particular the presence of the Ku Klux Klan of which realy was the domain of the higher educated and not the ignorant. To me it showed that such evils are a spiritual issue and not neccassarily of education. A higher education helps to erradicate prejuduces but does not neccassarily do the heart.

hey everybody! I need an advice about my non-existent relationships... so well, I am 19, and I ve never had a boyfriend, and I just don't have anybody...Now in a psychology course i am taking, it says that the one achievement of early adulthood is to learn to establish intimate relationships...but for me, it just seems that I don't know how to do it!Frankly, I do not know what my problem is...Am I not sending the right message out? Am I boring or something? Have you ever known anybody who has the same problem? I am just so worried that I am just going to stay single and alone forever this way! or maybe i am just too desperate? ~sigh~ anyways, i really hope that somebody more experienced can help me here..after all I am just looking for love. I just have no clue as to how to establish relationships! :(

I have been on a group list lately and two people have privately emailed me that one of the members is a paranoid psycotic. I looked on the net and couldn't find much about it. The person in question is extremely abusive, seems to suspect conspiracies, and thinks one person is posting under multiple identities. Which the rest of us know is not true. He also gets names mixed up and calls jane, jill etc etc.
