I dreamed I was driving at night, and I stopped at a stop sign. To my left were car lights, and I waited for that car to pass through the intersection. Instead, it's lights went black. I peered closely as the last of their light disappeared. Then I looked forward and MY lights went black. Then the dashboard went dark. I was alarmed, trying to make sense of what was happening. And I figured, "This is it, something has destroyed the inventions we've come to depend on as humans."

Then I went blank (fainted), over the steering wheel. Then I woke up. It was very "real" (not surreal, not dream-like, even though it was a dream).

This Valentines day advertisement shows a man being given a black eye for not getting the right Valentines day gift:

This Yahoo advertisement shows that Valentines day has become more about putting unimpressed women up on a pedestal:

WOMEN UNIMPRESSED ON VALENTINES DAY
http://www.dontmakehermad.com/images/valentinesday/

This is in addition to the V-Day Vagina Monologues direct man bashing.

Seems to me that women should be grateful for a day about chivalry and romance, but what we are seeing happen is women EXPECTING SOMETHING GOOD OR THE MAN DESERVES PUNISHMENT.

What is going through women's minds when they milk chivalry to the point of man bashing like this? Could this have something to do with chivalry dying?

why??

why dont you feminists try and be proud of doing the role of a woman and be proud to be women and not angry your not men?? the male provides and protects, and the female nurtures and supports. neither is more important then the either. and with out one of them the structure will fail. so why dont you be proud to be women??

and do you think that if men created a movement for pushing the male gender forward we would be seen as strong and proud or sexist pigs?? cause male or femal i dont sdee a difference

I have scoliosis. I don’t know how severe because I have no insurance and can’t go to the doctor. I was diagnosed with mild scoliosis as a preteen. I know that most of the time I am in pain. I have trouble breathing sometimes and one shoulder blade sticks out/ the ribs on this side and my back are rounded. If I jump on a trampoline or run it kind of hurts. I get really self-conscious about it and whenever I talk to ANYONE about it, I cry. I’m crying right now…

I feel really alone and have no clue why I cry every time I talk about it. I’m already different from everyone else…

1.) When do people consider it out of control? Is it where the cuts are, or how deep? Or the frequency of cutting?
2.) Do they have treatment programs just for cutting, or is it under an umbrella of treatment?

Does it bother you when your girlfriend calls herself fat or someone close to you calls herself fat? I need to know how you guess think. Or do some of you guys tell your girl that she's fat or tell them to lose weight?

I'm working on an assignment for my online college course-MacroEconomics and I don't really understand CPI.

The higher the CPI in a city, the worse it is to go there? Correct? Because that means the prices there are much higher for goods and services. Am I correct?
