I have done them with olive oil and rosemary before, but I thought they were kind of boring.

I enjoy my Roasted red Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese.
Prep:15min. Total: 1 hour 10min.

1/2 cup Kraft Ranchers Choice Dressing
1/2 cup Kraft Cheese Italiano Shreds
1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered ( about 6 cups)
1 Tbsp. chooped fresh parsley

PREHEAT oven to 350. Mix dressing, chesse and bacon bits in large bowl. Add potatoes: toss lightly.

SPOON into lighly greased 13x9-inch baking dish: cover with foil.

BAKE 40 min. Remove foil: bake another additional 15 min. or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with parsley.

Makes 8 servings.

Note: Do not peel potatoes though. Enjoy!
Now i think i'll go ask the question why i just typed a recipe under the wrong catagory. lol. Take care.

Red potatoes tend to be more flavorful than white potatoes. Olive oil is good. I am not a fan of Rosemary so I use a combination of Lawry's seasoned salt, fresh minced onions (very light), Lipton onion soup, garlic, pepper, and sea salt or kosher salt. A couple "pats" of butter will make a world of difference. Saute the potatoes first, I go as far as partially burning them before I oven roast them. You can also caramelize the onions to add some unique flavor. Then put in a casserole dish, cover with tin foil and bake for 40 minutes. Once done, there are alot of things going on in the potato mix but it is damned good.

Well, this is not the cooking section...however, I can help ya! Instead of using rosemary, use dill. Then cut up some fresh garlic and use the olive oil (much better for you than butter). However if you have any butter flavoring, add some of that. Otherwise just add some salt and put in oven...VERY good!

It is very important that you get psychologically stable 'tatars. you can tell the very stable ones by looking into their eyes. they can't hide anything.
