In public relations, power is the knowledge of how to generate positive exposure & impressions about your product, service, or persona. Then using that power to generate even more beneficial results.

Sorry but the question is not clear. All of us have heard the adage that knowledge is power, but is the reverse true? And in public relations, what is its role? In PR, I feel, it is one's ability to communicate and convince which is really important and hence a sort of power. Whether knowledge plays a role there? Not much in my view. But knowledge of human nature is very much useful for that field of PR.

if you were to accept the statement that knowledge is power, as true then what would the twisting of knowledge and fact (PR) be considered?
