I find that learning to say "No" is anultimate de-stressor. Please add the many ways you say No to others requests and demands. Here are some of mine.

"No thank you."
"that is not something I am interested in"
"I really cant fit that in this week"
"perhaps ________ would be interested in doing that for you." (Name someone who might enjoy doing it instead of you.)
"My calendar is full."
"I think you can manage that yourself"
"Not any time soon."
"no!"
"I will let you know if I decide to do that."
"I can't afford that"
"You need to ask someone else"
"Have you tried doing it yourself?"
"That is not something I like doing"
" I dont see the need for me to be involved"
" I can't help you with that."
"I would help if I could but I don't have the time."
"Please ask someone else"

After or around the 9/11, the healcare costs skyrocketed. Why?
Did the half of the nation's doctors and nurses quit all of sudden? Did the drug prices double overnight? Did hospitals go bankrupt?

Why did the healcare costs skyrocket all of sudden after or around the September 11th?

seriuos. The goddam metal flange thing, from what I can see from the ground at any rate, is loose and bangs against the metal chimney pipe on my house any time the wind even breathes. It echos down the pipe and you can hear it all over, even in the bedroom when you;re trying to sleep. The roof is a 45 pitch, its a one and a half story house....I'm too old to shimmying across the hip of the roof. How much is that job worth, I supply a fresh tube of furnace cement?

well im an extremely nice person. i literally havent lied intentionally for the last 2 yrs, i help elderly people with they're things like today an old lady had a flat tire and i did a U'e and tried to help her.. but when it comes to individual people i can care less about what happens to them. if someone gets killed i feel no upesett.. or the twin towers i didnt feel that horrible about it. . i was like so it happens every day else where.. or when someone gets killed in iraq. even school shootings. even people i know or live in the same town with. if something serious happens to me i just shrug it off like i had bad luck of all my tires poping or nail or blow out in last month and all was in good shape. just sucked kuz i had to pay for it .. or losing my son to my ***** of a girlfriend i hate it but just shrugged off..and dont listen to other peoples thoughts about me and have a great positive attitude on life and expectations ..am i just pompus .. if so i guess good than ..

I want to fall in love, be married, and raise a family. But at the rate I'm going, this will never happen for me. Is there meaning in life if you cannot have children to carry on your genes, your wisdom, etc.? I don't want to live an empty life.

You figure we're all individuals with unique life experiences, influenced by our environment (cultural, geographic, and social). I just can't believe that any particular theory or explanation is going to work for me, the same as for some Maori villager or Dutch farmer or elderly Chinese scientist, for instance.....

I didnt care if I died or what happen. Its the first time in my life that I actually felt a freedom that I had never felt before.Somehow I turned fear completely off.It was great ,I did things I had never done before and would never had tried and felt a rush like never in my life.I really started living for the first time in my life.It lasted about ten years and then one day i awoke again in anxiety of things that I had accomplished and even shuttered to think about the things and places I had been.To be honest It actually scared me.What happened? Its like someone gave me a spell or something that lasted for ten years then stoppped. Is there a way to convince yourself ,your mind that there is totally nothing to fear. I have tried meditation and not sure im doing it right.I have read much on taoism ,zen, and others to convince myself that fear is irrational and distructive. Is there a type of meditation that can be done to change tis
