This is a completely subjective phenomenon, so only you can really answer this question. It is more likely that this feeling is due to some colored way that you are seeing the world rather than a premonition.
Try this: take a break from all media--no newspapers, no tv, no news whatsoever (even online) and see how you feel after a week.

sounds like you're just anxious because of the retirement, move, etc. unless you have had premonitions in the past that came true I would go back to the doctor & explain how you're feeling & see if they don't have any thing you can do to help yourself. I personally take some deep breaths when I'm feeling anxious, but sometimes I need a prescription med to get over it & worse case, go see my therapist for several sessions to find out why I'm having these thoughts. Good luck!

You say you took early retirement!
So I would think your both over 50?...anyway,me too...
Well this is not a hard problem...but! one that may just need to be watched carefully.
You do not say 'what' you did before?...which is really important...
It has been noted...that people who 'do' take e/retirement...can
and Do! suffer...Esp/ if you have been busy many years.
Or liked your job...or even! you just didn't know much else.
You really need to understand, your poor brain has to get-use to this new life!!!
It says ''wake up! time for work''....What you are experiencing is quite normal. But! watch that it doesn't become a problem.
You may need to become quite busy again...but in other things, then do less if you wish....but really to stop-dead, is not good for any human being.
You are suffering some 'anxiety''...keep an eye open o.k.
All the very best...

Sounds like anxiety to me...but maybe you should go to a doctor or counselor. I have heard that often people who retire have problems with it and I could imagine you moving would add to that.

It's a chance you have a real thought about something real that might happen, such as now that you're retired you have nothing left to live for and might die worthless and alone. I'm not saying that's going to happen, but it might be your deep seated fear you're trying to avoid. Did a parent die alone, retire and was unhappy, seemed useless to you growing up? You have to dig, it's not magic or chemical imbalance, it's something real you have to find and face, or quite often face and then find.

Does this feeling disturb you? If not, then don't worry about it. If yes, then maybe try eating better.
