I didn't think bipolar disorder had anything to do with sexual orientation. It used to be call manic-depressive, where the sufferer's mood would swing from extreme highs to extreme lows. It also has nothing to do with attractiveness, although it can be very hard to live with a person who has bipolar disorder.
Are you thinking of bi-sexuality perhaps, where the person is attracted to both males and females?

I'm pretty sure being bipolar has nothing to do with being bisexual, gay or straight. Bipolar is personality, not being able to control your moods etc. I looked it up before answering this question and I think you have a misconception on what it really is. Good luck :)
