How do I get someone to crawl up on my roof and stop the goddam chimney pipe flange thing from ratttling?

seriuos. The goddam metal flange thing, from what I can see from the ground at any rate, is loose and bangs against the metal chimney pipe on my house any time the wind even breathes. It echos down the pipe and you can hear it all over, even in the bedroom when you;re trying to sleep. The roof is a 45 pitch, its a one and a half story house....I'm too old to shimmying across the hip of the roof. How much is that job worth, I supply a fresh tube of furnace cement?

Look in the local paper for a handyman with a ladder. Or get a proper roofer in.
