Hypnotherapy is one of
the best forms of therapy in use today. The hypnotic state is the one you pass through as you are falling to sleep or waking up.If you fall asleep during a hypnotherapy session, your therapist will wake you up because his conversation with you will not be effective while you are sleeping.
