Reconnected with ex from 18 years ago and we were both happy about it since we once were in love/talked marriage. A few talks later I was shocked to realize I never got over him; we now are both married w/kids. I told him how I felt-I was willing to try an affair (I know its horrible, please try not to judge) and he was not. We saw each other, discussed for closure purposes, and while I told him I can't see him in person we both agreed to stay in touch via email/phone; he specifically asked me to call/write. I emailed him basic/friendly/innocent week later have not heard back. I assume he is trying to cool things off - he made a point of saying that we don't know each other any more, but if we were both single we would pursue and I was his first love. He said he knows the ball is in his court. I think he still has feelings but commited to his wife, rightly so. Please no judgements, I can't feel worse about myself than I already do. How do I get over a love I have had for so long?

Deep down and I mean way deep down at the bottom of my soul I feel explosive hatred for him. But it doesn't show that much on the outside. Sure...I might say it once in a while for ruining my childhood, reputation, education,etc...etc...but the least, he is still my father according to my mother. Why do I feel this way?
Well, to start with...after we immigrated to the U.S he only worked to support our family of five for only 6-8 yrs or so. He couldn't keep a job even if god himself helped him out! He argued, and fought with his co-workers, in addition, he is mentally slow when he needs to think on his own. So he stopped working since I was 11(I am 24 now). My mother didn't force him to work cause he wouldn't. So she had to work extra shifts and one day decided to make homemade tomales and sell them off the streets to make ends meet. She dragged me along to sell with her cause she needed help. I basically had to sit in the streets with her from about 10a.m to 7p.m

No need to mention name, I'm just curious if it's true that most of the time the Mole is our closest and dearest. There must be a reason for this saying: Keep your friends close, your enemies closer. But then again, where is the Mole position, in this saying? What did you do when you found out who the Mole is and what they did? If you did revenge, what was the result? I just walked away because I know another Mole will outdo this Mole.

Could a person just think they heard a recording of someone being killed being played. rewind, over and over. Or could it be from the stress and loss of losing someone close and not wanting to believe they committed suicide? Is there a way to tell if it was real or a person's mind not thinking right?

I've been dating an amazing man for a year. He's considarate, funny, sexy, affectionate, intellegent, and successful. he makes me feel like the most important thing in the whole wide world, we laugh and talk for hours, and i never thought sex could be so amazing. the problem? he's53 and am 27.and no,i'm not looking for a father figure. he looks 40 and is in better shape than most 30yrs olds. he has the most wonderful family, but two of his four kids are about my age, which makes me unconfortable. i wonder what it will be like if we have kids, worry that i'll end up alone, and dread the constant comments over the years,"oh,is that ur father?" and "i guess u found ur sugar daddy."

How can I hone in on my intuitiveness. There are many time when I know someone or meet someone and I can see a whole story and then I think I am imagining it. It is frustrating b/c everytime I see this person I think the same thing. I can see people with a certain color as well. Then other times I see someone and don't see any color? or story?

How can I be more consistent and accurate? Also, not question myself?

I walkied into Geometry this morning and my my freind asked,"What's wrong?"

Of course, i said nothing. She saw right through me and and asked again and again until i gave her a reasonable answer.

"Seriously... Wat's wrong with you?"

"Everything is wrong! Absolutely every little detail of my crappy little life is wrong! Back off OKAY! Just BACK... OFF!"

Then of course... she did back off but i knew that i had hurt her feelings. God i'm so STUPID!

And now pretty much all of my freinds think that i am a crazy psyco and are keeping their distance from me.

All i wanted was to have some time to myself and my freinds to understand thta i'm not exactly a "chipper" person.

But it ended up biting me in the *** and now pretty much everyone hates me.

Is this related to how they convinced people that the human body is to be almost completely covered and something to be ashamed of?

And how long until people are made to actually feel ashamed (and be ostracized) for being in love?

Today, we can see for example, Hong Kong has an average life expectancy of over 81.3 years average. Has there in history (talking about hundreds-thousands of years ago) been a civilization, be it some Chinese Dynasty, etc., that have had a longer average life expectancy? PLEASE: NO REALIGIOUS DEBATES ABOUT HOW WE USED TO LIVE TO A THOUSAND... THANK YOU.

Best answer HAS to have a link to a site that backs up what he has said, OR give me the exact name of this civilization, culture, dynasty, etc. so that I many investigate on it and approve it.
