Could a person just think they heard a recording of someone being killed being played. rewind, over and over. Or could it be from the stress and loss of losing someone close and not wanting to believe they committed suicide? Is there a way to tell if it was real or a person's mind not thinking right?

I think your mind would be clearer if you were to meditate. This helps you see and understand your thoughts more clearly.
You could possibly be on to something. Some people have the gift to feel things that have, or will happen.
Just try to relax and put things into perspective.
Good Luck~

I've been in horrible car accidents where the trauma of that event was played over and over in my body and in my mind. Maddening. As if it is not painful enough the first time, we need to keep re-living the experience as a way to deal with it.

Get some help , even if you have a good support network, people around you that love and care for you, and especially if you don't perceive that you do. The pressure that drives a person to suicide affects everyone around them whether or not intended to do so.

They were very selfish to do that to the people around them, and the after-math is devastating. Help yourself. Seek Guidance

Frightening things can do that. You have been through a lot, if you are asking from experience. It could be both real and your mind replaying it again and again. You could help yourself through this. Communities have psychiatric people that may be able to help you. Then again, ask for God's help to clear your mind after asking to be his child.

You need to talk to a counsellor as soon as possible. Dont be alarmed. It may be or may not be something serious. But to discuss it here may not really help you. Get this sorted out through a professional who is supposed to handle such issues.
