When trying to change jobs I can't overcome the overwelmness to hand in a resume' or apply for an application. I feel I will not live up to the job, or will do something so stupid that I will get fired over it. It is very distressful and hurting my family because of it. What to do?

"Capitalism is the Mona Lisa, Socialism is the nail that holds it up. Without Capitalism all you have is an ugly nail in the wall. Without socialism you are left with only a broken work of art on the floor." what does the quote mean? How valid is it?

I've always found it odd that people say things and not realize they are incorrect, but I've always been too embarrassed for them to correct them (I didn't want them to feel put on the spot or like I was putting them down).

But one that baffles me more than any other statement is when they say their life has changed so much for the better, they made a 360 degree turn around. I find it odd they don't realize that if they do 360 degree turn, they are facing the same direction as when they started. 2 questions... does this bother other people and what are your pet peeves with little statements or other type things?

i keep on having dreams and the dreams come true, like i had a dream of an apple once, just sitting on a table, and i turned on the tv that morning and it was a commercial with what i had dreamt of exactly. i had a conversation with someone in a car once, and i said "lipstick" and a lady pulled up next to us doing her lipstick...this occurs about 5-6 times a day, and its starting to scared me! i once put it to use, and i predicted my friends love life exactly...is it just a luck streak? or is this supernatural?

I didn't remember talking inside my head when I was little, but then it just happened. I forgot since when, but in my 28th birthday last month it popped inside my head. When did we start talking or hearing stuff from our brains (or heart)?

In some ways I think 9/11 was an even bigger event than people realize, America's collective psyche really took some damage, a lot of people turned to embracing religion etc.. right after it, I still don't think Americans have recovered from it, it was something that seemed inconcievable at the time, attacking the heart of the USA. I suspect there are still many people that are "shell schocked", that haven't come to terms with it (I don't mean just people in NY).

Ladies, I have noticed that for most women, receiving a good tongueing can be an enjoyable experience. But, I honestly could stay down there for hours and this is the dilemma, some women reach their peak once and then kick me off as they say it gets a bit sensitive.

Others, my favourites, will let me hang on to their hips and not let them wriggle away allowing me to keep going, bringing them off time and time and time again in quick succession, before sticking a fork in my head eventually,to get me off just before Eastenders starts.
Is this normal behaviour, as I don't know a single guy that would have a problem with receiving reciprocal treatment.

Every woman I have done this to has protested at first, but the ones that obey master and keep their hands on the headboard are rewarded.

Does that ever happen to you? You might be working on something and then your brain might switch off or think of something completely random and then your thinking why did that happen?

I was wondering if there is a course that trains the brain to concentrate better? I hope these are not the signs of madness as I am only 25!

I played with a Ouija Board last night with a few friends. I've always thought that playing with one of them would mean to bother the spirits or that they just plain didn't work because it's a board game purchased from a toy store! But yesterday kinda freaked me out... We asked very generic questions with answers that anyone in the group would know, so maybe we were just moving the disc to what we wanted it to say. So I thought up one question that only I would know the answer to. I asked her what the name of my lawyer/my boss was and I closed my eyes (at first) while one of the girls dictated the letters to me. She spelled out my lawyer's name with correct spelling and order. Noone else in the group could have known as I don't talk to any of them about work. When one of us said something was wrong, the ouija baord disc moved straight to "Good bye".

Just wondering if anyone else had had similar experiences that proved the board really did work.

In the dream I'm chasing a little white mouse through my home with a flame thrower. The dream ends watching my home burn down and I feel satisfied that I killed the mouse.

Any thoughts?
