I didn't remember talking inside my head when I was little, but then it just happened. I forgot since when, but in my 28th birthday last month it popped inside my head. When did we start talking or hearing stuff from our brains (or heart)?

I think a person develops a conscience well before kindergarden. This is when a child begins to learn to differentiate right from wrong

I have heard that females are much better at this and also more likely to become mentally ill from it also.They develop other personalities like multitasking. Do you hear this on your right side or your left side? Your therapist might want to know. When other people start telling you have doing things without recalling them then you might have a problem like dissociative disorder.

i dont know but i remeber talking to myself in my head at 1 1/2 years old, i was like woke up to see the world one day and i wonders how we can talk, and what is outside of the world, who am i, what is time, how it works, will it be affected when we turn something back" and it faded, then later about i am 2, looking at my old doll, thinking how much i hated that doll, how ugly it is.. and more....
now we all adapt our own lanuage, " understanding them " we have the ablity to understand and think things...

To me, this is a toughie.
I believe though, that once a child is made aware of right and wrong, his conscience kicks in. It is not an age thing really.

I guess you always thinking it but you can't hear it in your langusge until you know your language. So I guess you can't hear yourself speak in your head until you can speak.
