People do have the right to commit suicide. You can kill yourself at any time and nobody can stop you. You simply go off alone and do it. A great book on suicide detailing how to do it painlessly and effectively is titled "Final Exit". We will all die at some point - today, tomorrow, 10 years from now what does it matter. When a party isn't interesting you leave, why should life be any different.

By the way, if you're thinking of doing it because you're upset or depressed don't. Your feelings will pass and you can get some help dealing with whatever is bothering you. It will pass and you will once again enjoy life and be grateful that you didn't. Think of how the people who love you will feel and how terrible the rest of their lives will be without you. Watch the movie "Its a Wonderful Life" and realize how many people we affect as we travel through life. So I'm not advocating suicide, I just answered your questions.

Please check out the link below its an outstanding resource!

Good Luck

How would anyone killing his/herself make the world a better place by that selfish action? People would be affected all around you. People you work with, people you grew up with, your friends, people who don't even know you will feel a sense of a tragic loss just to read about it in the paper. I've felt that before when I heard about someone I didn't even know taking his own life. Imagine how your family would feel!!! If your parents are still alive I can answer this with all certainty (because I am a parent) they will be devastated and grieving for the rest of their lives! If you have children, who will raise them? Why would you not want to have that God-given influence on them?

If that's not bad enough suicide sends the person instantly to a literal burning hell with no chance of redemption (sort of an "out of the frying pan into the fire" scenario.) Your attempt to play God and make life better for yourself will only make things WORSE on an eternal level.

Pray and ask God to save you. Ask Him for strength to get you out of this place in your life that has brought you to this horrendous choice you are now considering. As Him for guidance. He is there waiting for you to talk to Him. He can help you WAY more than anyone in this forum can.

The way I see it when you are an adult you are old enough to make your own decisions. But, personally If you do make it to adult hood let nature take it's course that is the way God intended
it to be. If a person is terminally ill and in constant pain I can understand, other wise no. You say make the world better, this
would only be true if you were commiting horrible crimes against
other people, if not than stay around untile God calls your name.
Ask God to help you with your situation and he will ..

The Feelings of personal troubles or insecurity are often recurring although you may have this feeling do not act upon it. The feeling most often passes and if you feel that life isn't that great or everything is going wrong don't worry it will get better. Life is full of pain, grief, and misfortune one must learn do deal with this or live in a place with out happiness if you feel that way then you should find someone, something, or someplace that makes you happy

i think suicide is a selfish way to deal with life. whatever you have going on, you are not the only one with issues like that. why do you get to take the easy way out of things and not have to deal with it anymore? by committing suicide your last statement on you rlife is saying that you were to weak to deal with the things that you have going on in your life. God never puts more on your plate than you can handle. every single obstacle/problem is a chance for you to grow and to learn. even if you learn that you cant handle what your doing. sometimes you just have to let things go and work thru the s*** that coems from that.
there are many ways that work well when it comes to suicide, but ill be damned if imma tell you any of them. too easy to use someones idea.

Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

And after it's done you can't change your mind, and decide you don't want to do it after all.

And it's against the 10 commandments.

What if a mom of four commits suicide and the infants are left with their abusive father? Is she in easy terms hurting herself? the certainty is that suicide hurts a lot of human beings, the only individual who would not grieve is the guy who dies. in certainty, a lot of human beings commit suicide to punish others. it is likewise a sort of homicide, interior the sense that that's taking a existence. that's enjoying God. of direction i think all homicide is inaccurate.

please don't do this to yourself. I have been there. I called 911 and they took me to the hospitel for 3 days. They give you a nice single person hospital room and med to relax and help you sleep. They are so nice and really try to help you. Then the next day, around noon,I talked with a counselor and then I met my new psychiatrist. He prescribes your meds and when you are comfortable, as long as you checked yourself in, you can leave and get your meds outpatient. Please, just call 911, and the ambulance will come and you will be in sleepy comfortable ER room tonight.

if someone has a terminal illness with little chance of recovery and they understand the precautions, then i suppose I agree with it. With regard to young or old relatively healthy people taking their own life because of problems in their life, it is very disturbing.
