your first step is to believe in yourself and to have confidence. trust yourself and love who you are. you're the only one who can really control the feelings about yourself so once you've accepted everything about you, you don't have to be afraid about life in general.

well you see the questions and the contents are quite contradictory....
we must care what others think of us... that will make us to be a good leader... coz we start living for others the next thing is accepting life as it is ..... nope not always sometimes we have to change it according to our wish... and nothing wrong in it....
coming to pride..... once this word comes into your mind you cease to work and start thinking about only you .. self centric and finally you are lost.... so watch out and be humble enough to help others and make friends with others see you!

i dont think you need to put pride aside. You need to put pride first. Who cares what people think of you cause you have self pride. ***** everyone else, if you have confidence in yourself you dont need anybody
