ok this is been a lifetime (20 years) problem and the more i grow up the more it frustrate me from the inside. I did have only 2 relationship out of 6 that i really enjoy sex and took away my fear. the other 4 ended also for this reasons. Now if i start with a new relationship i go back to square one the lack of self confidence do not help. But is it really up to me and/or the partner that in somehow have been more sensitive to my feeling and not pushing me. Am I really so intricated?? i really wish it could be more simple. so any suggestion will be appreciate and if any one out there have similar problem with or without solution fell free to reply thanks

my friend is a very beautiful, smart, caring, and helpful person. No matter what i tell her she cannot accept any of this. Lately she's been really depressed and not herself. When i confront her she says she'll be fine with time. She doesn't seem to be getting better and it's been 3 months. And when i threaten to tell someone she argues that she's fine. How can i help her and not hurt her at the same time since she only tells me how she feels and i don't want to cut off this communication

Global warming may cause a global recession due to droughts, refugees, etc. Are you ready to be laid off or take a pay cut if it happens?

According to the article, every dollar spent fighting global warming saves $20 in the future; that's a pretty good return on investment. Can you think of any other investment in our economy that has such a good pay off?

Expectation of future wealth, income, and/or price is not a determinant of demand.

I think I'm having a mid twenties life crisis if there is such a thing. I'm tired of trying to reach the goals and standards I never set for myself. I'm not old but lately I feel that way. I can't stand this boring grind of every day life. I need to recharge somehow. I want to just run away from all this stupid dramatic stuff in my life and just get away for a while. I know that won't solve anything but at least I can forget about all this stuff for a while. I value everyones opinion but I would sort of like to see what some of the older people on here have to say.

I'm on my 50ths and what I enjoy the most in life is my own company. When I go out or meet other people they seem to be so empty, so imature that I can't wait to go back home. I enjoy riding my bike, listening to music, playing with my dog, writing, I guess I am more an introspective person rather than extroverted, even though I love dancing and having a good time with a friend. But it seems the world find it strange a person to be like me. It seems I have to go with the flow and I feel completely alone when I am among people that have nothing to do with me. Like yesterday I went to a dancing party and even though I danced and talked, I felt so lonely there because it seemed the people there had nothing to do with me. Maybe it is a state of mind, or maybe it is just the way I am and I have to accept it. I have always believed that I'd rather be by myself than with someone who is disrespectful or does not understand my soul. I want the least out of a relationship, that's respect.
