Totally. A dream follows me all day. I once dreamt that I was flying over a river. I could feel the cool air on my face and could hear the sound of the wind and the children below laughing and splashing in the water. It was exhillerating. The sun was brilliant and the sky blue. I've never had a dream like that since. It was so realistic that it effected me several days after.

Yes, they affect my moods; Many say that dreams are how we're able to communicate with the dead because if we were awake and saw a deceased friend or loved one, we'd freak out! Others think it's a way to come up with solutions to problems that we can't solve during normal waking hours because our minds are confused with hundreds of thoughts clouding our judgment during the day; Yet others think things like flying are actual out of body experiences, and other predictions of things to come; As for me, my dreams definitely affect my moods, especially if it's a dream where I'm running or arguing all night! Or, if I dream of certain people I haven't seen in a while, it's usually a predictor that I'll be seeing them soon; This usually happens with people I haven't seen in years...and sometimes I don't really want to see these people, but it gives me a chance to "brace/prepare" myself so I'm not totally shocked when they appear "out of the blue".

I tend to find this is the case for me as well.
I suppose it usually means that we have a lot on our mind and our dreams are really only trying to sort out our feelings, emotions etc.
If I have a frightening dream, I usually remain panicky and upset most of the day.
Sometimes when I have a peaceful, serene dream, I usually remain calm and happy.
I think it means we are both sensitive, caring and creative people :)

All the time! Especially the dreams where my husband cheats on me! I wake up so upset at him. I hope I don't take it out on hime throughout the day.
But nothing beats those dreams that make you feel good all day.
