Mostly anxiety, also sudden shifts in blood pressure...usually due to anxiety.

I would say that you are hyperventilating(over breathing) and this can make you feel very dizzy.
Try and learn some breathing techniques,
obviously this is very normal but something you will have to learn to overcome.
Try a relaxation class or relaxation tape to help you breathe properly.

It is anxiety. Probably anxiety over being accepted. It would do you good to have a self-esteem boost. It starts with loving and accepting yourself.
