theres times where i feel boring cuz i cant keep a conversation and i hate it when the other person has to keep saying things to keep the conversation going..i hate it so much what can i do to change this? plus i feel like i have nothing interesting to say

Certain people, myself included, have a hard time expressing themselves orally because we freak out and stutter. Spoken language is improvised and not all of us have the gift of eloquent improvisation. I can express myself very thoughtfully and articulately in written language, because when I write, I can think things through before I say anything and even make edits!

I enjoy having deep conversations, but I’ve been restricted to only feeling comfortable having intellectual conversations with people I know. Whenever I try that with strangers and acquaintances, I intimidate them and then they judge me for being too “nerdy” and they don't understand what I’m talking about. What the hell do people want?

This is a VERY sensitive subject, only seriious replies only. Thank you.
My husband and I have a healthy sex life, however he occasionally wants to "explore other cavities". We have done it a couple times and in the heat of all of it, I kind of like it. Ok, I climax whenever we do. But..... I don't feel comfortable after the fact. I was sexually abused as a child. I feel "dirty" afterwards and sometimes ashamed in the fact that I enjoyed it. We have talked about how it makes me feel and he says that I need to get over it and that it is someone I trust and love touching my body. I am still uneasy about the whole thing. We have a healthy sex life otherwise. Is it normal for me to feel this way? Is it that I still have other issues I need to deal with or scarring from the abuse as a child? I just don't know how to feel about all of this. Anyone understand??

ok I work for a customer care center and all the calls I had received so far from illegal imigrants to US, most of them have been polite to me and humble, but when the real american guys speak to customer care they are like oh I´m the king of the world ver unciviliced, extremely rude, they ask to be put on to the supervisor at 3 seconds of the call, c´mon what´s going on? from this point of view (and I dont want to generalize) the mayor part of americans seem to be more unciviliced than illegal immigrants(cubans, mexicans, etc)
oh and by the way I´m causcatian, good economy and education stats , so you will not think this quiestion is because i feel discriminated or feel something bad to US. also I dont pretend to insult american people, this is for reflexion. please answer in an adult way.
