Try reading up on the oldest cultures of the world... A great place to start is Tibetan Buddhism, a culture that has been pretty much destroyed by our friends in the Chinese Government...

Anyway their (Tibetan) culture existed for 1000's of years before Christ, and their only aim has been to live in peace, and to grow spiritually - something they succeeded in doing until the last 100 years...

They have studied and developed the technologies of the mind and spirit - and also herbal remedies that our western corporations have since "discovered" and seen fit to raise patents around!! Our technologies have only really developed over a few hundred years at most - theirs have developed over 1000's. Why would we consider that we know more about the mind and spirit and it's potential? To me it is laughable arrogance at best...

I have only talked about one of many cultures... One of many that we have destroyed - yet we still have so much to learn from them. (Try the book by Thom Hartmann "The Last Hours of Ancient Sunlight" for how we have destroyed the old cultures and the impact that is having.)

Anyway I'll get down from my soap box, but you may gather that I fervently believe that this and so much more is possible...

As a parting thought - consider that when Jesus went into the "wilderness" he actually travelled through India and went to Tibet, spending time studying at Lhasa (as their records in Sanskrit showed)... If he felt that there was much to learn back then, why would we remain closed-minded to the potential of the "occult"...? As I see it, Jesus' key message was not that he was better than us, but simply that he was showing us our own true potential "so shall you have these things and more" (or similar)...

Interesting question...

Yes indeed even you can do it. The easiest way is tie a ring or any crystal or any thing about this weight to about a feet long thread and hand it as you hold the free end of the thread with your hand with your elbow resting on something (may be a table), while you are sitting on a chair. Now mentally order it to move in circles (clockwise) say mentally again and again by looking onto it and not moving your hand though. You will be surprised. Now ask it to stop and tell it to move anticockwise, then left and right and then forward and reverse....... How was that and thats begening......

how funny that young ladies answer is based on a television program.

If you were to research ancient cultures and studies regarding the growth of the Spirit or mind, you would find that it was happening all of the time. Those who could not do it, taught their young that it was evil, witches work or that of the devil. When in all reality it is in the state of unconsciousness that we are closer to the Creator of the Universe and thereby able to have greater access to that other 10+ % the other answerer was suggesting we use.
Find out, it is amazing, and you may also find that your ideas about the world in which we "live" change as well.

akoh is right, what proof is there that it isn't possible? Its called Telecanises (which i have spelt horribly wrong!)
have you seen Charmed? Season 1 to end of season 3 she has that power. Then Piper and Phoebe discover a new sister Paig who can too, but she orbs it because she's half weightlighter. Of course this is fiction, but who says we cant move things with our minds and orb or astral project? Who says we can't see the future or levitate? Who says we can't frezze time and blow things up (molocule combustion)?

I believe it is possible to do anything. The limits we place on ourselves is what determine what we can and cant do. Your mind(thought process) produces different variations of energy The universe is made up of energy tangible & intangible so if all objects are just denser forms of energy then theoretically yes you can move things with your mind, you just need to align your energy(thoughts) with the objects you wish to move. Good luck.....with trying.

I've mentioned this before on here but it's worth another go!
I was trying to convince my wife this could be done, especially if we both concentrated together on an object and 'willed' it to move!
We concentrated on her favorite ornament on a shelf. (I had previously tied cotton to the orament and the other end of the cotton was next to my chair)
We both 'willed' the ornament to move, I yanked the cotton, the ornament flew into the air and smashed on the floor, my wife screamed the place down, then when she saw what I had done she attacked me with the broken bits!

yes i used my mind to move my hand and pick up a pen also it does not work with cars as they are too heavy but a little thought as to putting the key in and taking the handbrake off goes a long way.

When you move anything in any way it has to be thought of initially with your mind. So YES.

My beer was by my mind and I just moved it to my mouth.

Of course it is. You can use your mind to frame a question..."Honey, will you go get the paper for me?" and he gets up and gets you the paper and all you have done is use your mind (and your tongue).
