When you ask someone to turn down the car stereo instead of turning it up. When you find body hairs where you shouldn't & don't have enough where you should. When you worry more about making money than having fun in life...to be continued

You're getting old when, the sandals worn to the store were not the same on both feet and you didn't notice until 9PM.
The grandchildren tell you "You look old and wrinkled"
Gotta tint the grey outa the hair every 6 weeks or else.
Your own children remind you to tint the hair if you forget.
Car keys seem to grow legs and are never in the same place.
Hard boiled eggs occasionally boil dry, "go pop" and the kitchen smells really bad.
Run into things getting up at night, to go pee, even with a nightlight.
The dogs wake up before you in the morning.

You know you are getting old when you are so stiff you can barely get out of bed in the morning and your teeth start getting bad and you gain an average of 10 pounds a year. What you are doing, my dear, at 27 is growing mature and realizing what is important and what is not.

As soon as you let the inner child go and forget that side of yourself, then you are old. This varies from person to person. It can hit you as soon as age 21 or even younger. I am 53 but am very much in touch with my inner child among other aspects of my nature and I feel young. Never be afraid to play and act the fool. It can be very liberating (and fun).

sounds like you are going through adult 'growing pains'. it's normal when you transition from the young party-time 20's to the next stage... i went through the same thing around 28 or 29. it's natural. the boredom will end as soon as you accept you ARE getting older and more mature, and need to find more fulfilling ways to spend your time.

the club "sean"? i think you mean scene....
i know i'm getting old when things start hurting me. i'm a competitive college cheerleader and tumbling ("flips") didn't used to hurt, but now when i tumble on hard floor, practically every joint hurts. i don't heal as fast anymore. it hurts me to lay on my side on something squishy, like my couch, because my hips are out of line. i have a herniated disc in my back and sometimes it slides in and out and hurts if i sit in a hard chair too long. things like that.

You're not old. You and your friends are just boring. You know you are getting old when your pubes start turning gray.

You aren't getting old. You are maturing. You are old when some kid in a cop outfit pulls you over for speeding.
