Sure, why not, it is another perspective even though you may not want that view or not. I think that most people try to be constructive in there answers, at least I would hope so.

If i did not already know the answer to my question is there any doubt that i would gain insight from the answers?
If I knew the answer and still asked the question then new insight is not what i was looking for but sometimes someones response whaps me in the head with it anyway.

Yes,
There are many faces/many angles/many sides to any problem.
A solution may come from anywhere, eg. A single problem can be solved by using more tahn one methods.
Different persons have different expertise and many times other opinion can help you to get valuabble insights...

sometimes yes!!! other times I just LMAO at the responses I get!!!
This is not the most serious thing in my life though and I feel some should maybe take their expectations of complete strangers with opinions down a notch or two!!!

Yes, if I ask a question that I am open minded about and get reasonable responses to.

Absolutely. Most of my questions are silly nonsense, but occasionally I ask something serious. I've learned a lot here.

Yeah, I recall one answer I really enjoyed, the woman said, "God save me from your followers".
