Someone said to me that wasps are good for nothing, and if we got rid of them nothing in the natural world - as in wasp predators/prey - would miss them. Is this true?

I heard it was dexter but im not sure.
I'm curios as to what kind of cows this small herd in Opihikou is. They are pretty small, so I was thinking Dexter, but I can't really tell. Some of the cows are red, most black, (some mixed colors too). the guy who owns them says when he bought the land- they came with it, and he has no idea what breed they are. I wish I had a picture of them.

you know those stick bugs that blend in with there enviorments..well this bug is kinda like that but its pink with some purples on it top side. it has 6 legs, pinchers on its rear end, and two very short attenas on its very small head. on its under belly its a tan color. the whole bug is about 2.5 inches in length plz help me ive never seen this kind of bug before, jsut moved to colorado and found it is on my patio wall. thanks

Please help!! I am being overrun with crickets in my house. I have thought about creating a cricket cemetary I have bumped off so many.
