I don't know which mammal has the best eyesight, but I think this could be hard to evaluate because animals see differently from each other. A horse, for instance, can see considerable distances and has a keen sense of movement in its environment, while it has a very broad range of vision due to the way the eyes are placed on its head. It can use its 2 eyes separately (monocular vision) or together (binocular vision.) They can't see the degree of details that a human can, though. A human normally uses binocular vision all the time because both eyes are at the front. Binocular vision is generally better for judging distances.
Mammals have light receptors called rods and cones. The rods provide black-and-white vision They also work much better in low-light conditions, so nocturnal animals will have mostly rods. Cones provide color vision and provide more acute vision for seeing details. Cones require more light than rods do, so diurnal (daytime) animals are likely to have more of them, but not always.
A cat has much better night vision than a human, but a human has much better color perception and ability to see small details.
Apes and monkeys that are active in the daytime probably have vision most similar to a human's.
Birds (diurnal birds anyway) have a lot of cone receptors, and have excellent vision for color and details, maybe in some cases better than humans. But humans have a more developed visual cortex in the brain, and this is very important for recognizing what we see.

Not all animals see only black and white. Dogs for example see like a person with red-green colorblindness. They see the color blue best.
Rods enable us to see in dim light, while cones allow us to see color and work best in bright light.
People have three types of cones. Dogs only have two-which is why they don't see all the colors we do.
Horses I believe can see the colors green and yellow best.

Birds can see color quite well.
Birds of prey (even though they aren't mammals) also have amazing eyesight.
Eagles can see eight times farther than we can.
