Not sure why this is in the "Zoology" section, but that is not my call. The question is still worth answering.

The answer is mostly based on individual denominations and their beliefs. Most prodestant denominations allow women to freely follow paths in the clergy. I know that some religions are a bit more strict on that point, saying that only men can be that close to God.

As for your question in the details section: I do not believe it is required for male priests to remove their sexual organs, so it does not make sense that a woman to do so either.

yes women can be priests. They do not have to have their ovaries removed. That is ridiculous. God doesn't care about the way in which you worship him as long as you do. It is better respectfully but you do not need to remove your ovaries to be a female priest.

i don't think God would be unequal, anything men can do women should be able to do to. why would she have her ovaries removed? thats crazy, and why is this under zoology?
