please help me!!!!!!!!!! i just foudn 2 geckos and i need to know what to feed them!!!! what does gut loaded mean??????????????????????????/

feed the crickets beforehand. carrots, greens, yam, even fish flake all make good gut-load

It means that if you are going to feed insects to an insect-eating animal, you should first feed the insects a nutrient rich diet so that extra nutrition will be in the insects' gut, making them more nutritious for the animal you feed them to.
Some people, instead of gut-loading the insects, sprinkle a nutritional supplement on the insects just before giving them to the lizard.
You can get this stuff, including the insects, in a pet store.
