when the queen dies the female worker bees become capable of laying eggs, but without fertilzation,it just makes a male bee. This lack of female worker bees "kills" the colony. But without fertilization, how can an egg grow in to anything? Are the bees born with back-up sperm or something?

It is poor science to "read" human motivations and sentiments into animal behavior, and
irrational animal behavior is not a yardstick to determine what is morally acceptable behavior for rational man.

the homosexual movement's attempt to establish that homosexuality is in accordance with human nature, by proving its animal homosexuality theory, is based more on mythological beliefs and erroneous philosophical tenets than on science.

in other words, it is a frequent error for people to contrast human and animal behaviors, since humans are more complex..

I have never understood this. Personally, I couldn't care less about creatures that existed that long ago. On the other hand, I don't have a problem with people who are interested in them and wish to study them, but why must we go so far as to make movies about them and glorify them the way do? It's absurd and ridiculous!

This insect has four, long limbs, and that seems it's limit sence I didn't find any strange stubs to indicate more legs. It's abdomen is flat and wide. The head is in the shape of a curled blade of grass, but eyes or a mouth is nowhere to be seen. Please tell me what insect this thing is because I don't know and it's driving me crazy!
