As far as I can recall, insects don't really have "brains" but a complex nervous system. There is even the question of whether they feel pain or not. I suspect they do because they do have nerves. Anyways, hope this helps!

if you mean a as in 1 then it has 1 brain you cant have to unless your a twin. so just the 1 it is.
