Well it isnt as if there is some coveyor ready to dump us off and bring up someone else...
I would have to say it will be the animals that already control the earth.....INSECTS!
There is no doubt in my mind that way after we are gone, Many of the same species of insects that we see in our backyards everyday will still be present on earth. As of right now, there are roughly 200,000 ants per human on this planet, they already own the earth! And they always will!
