I have visited the UAE 4 times now and I have noticed along with the heat that the air is different compared to UK summer weather even though the UAE gets hot AND humid in the summer.
Let me explain: It is as if the air has been pressurised, it is as if the air is gently vibrating around us, or as if the air is gently shaking, and the air over there feels kind of rubbery. Can somebody please explain what THAT type of air or that type of heat is. Thanks.

On days when a big storm is brewing, just before it begins to rain- the pressure is low and the humidity is high, I feel so relaxed and just plain happy. It's so noticeable that I've often thought of moving to a place where those conditions occur more often. What exactly is making me feel better- the air pressure? the humidity?

Spring will spring on us in less than a week now, so winter will be over but there will be another winter starting on the 21of December this year (although the wintery weather will start before probably). That gives us two winters in one year! Seems unfair! Why can't we start the year with spring?!
