I mean it can't be that hard to hook up the spinal column and a couple of blood vessels.

I may be morally interesting but hey if we can drop bombs which wipe out entire cities then we're obviously not worried to much about morals.

I have triplets, 2 of 3 have shallow hip sockets, surgery needed someday. Seem to have more problems physically that I did as a single baby. Has this ever been researched?

Hi folks im Baz a Nurse and i am very concerned about the medical question and answers section on Yahoo.
There are some very stupid and idiotic people giving very DANGEROUS & HARMFUL medical advice to all sorts of people on here about things they quite clearly know absolutely nothing about.
I am going to try my damdest to get this 1 section of Yahoo question taken off or someone could end up seriously ill or even dead.
What do you think ??

My brother will be having this procedure this coming Tuesday....if any of you guys know of someone or has experience this yourself…can you please tell me…..just how serious this is and what will happen to his health after its done….the doctors gave some information but it was mostly statistics….I kind of want to know from individuals who lived with it …thanks for taking the time to reply

I have known some days ago that in the Republic of Georgia, in my home country, it is mandatory use of iodinated salt. There is a law approved by the Parliament of Georgia and the import and distribution of any other salt is prohibited. I don’t know why such a decision was made. I didn’t participated in this. I’m ordinary medical doctor and trying to make my living with medical translations. Reason of the decision was quite wide spread of the goiter that was diagnosed by ultrasound examination. Though as far as I know it, never was made thorough analysis of water content of the Iodine. It’s well known that there is the mountain region in Georgia (Svanetia), where endemic goiter is widely spread. The cause is insufficient Iodine consumption with water and food. As I think wide spread of the goiter all around the Georgia has other reason, namely radiation, not only as the consequence of Chernobyl Disaster, but also for the Russian Nuclear Tests, site of which is out of the ranges of Georgia. I know Russia wouldn’t acknowledge this fact.
Now I have question to you: is the total use of iodinated salt harmful for the population of Georgia?

I know pills could eventually countain every nutrient, protein, vitamin, etc the body needs. My question is: is it possible to live just on such a low-mass thing as pills, regardless of its nutrients? Besides water, would the body need something else?
