Hi Sandra. Nothing is more challenging or more limiting in life than poor health. Americans spend 1/6th of their lifetime incomes on health care. Most chronic health problems are a product of poor lifestyles - poor choices in food/diet, excercise, personal behavior (brushing teeth, wearing a seat belt, regular check-ups with prevention oriented health care providers), etc.

By studying health and becoming educated about it, you can take control of your health by making better choices. In the long run this can improve the quality and length of your life and the size of your bank account!
