like say you use it to get resin off your hands at least 10 times a day... can or is it harmfull??

YES - the best general source for this kind of information is to look up an MSDS (see reference). Just type MSDS + chemical name in any search engine and you'll probably get it on the first hit.

In the case of Acetone the MSDS says:
"CAUSES IRRITATION TO SKIN, EYES AND RESPIRATORY TRACT. AFFECTS CENTRAL NERVOUS
SYSTEM."

I worked with acetone and many other volatile chemicals for many years and determined better safe than sorry, use gloves, eye protection and niosh breathing masks because you mever know what may happen.

i use this chemical in the roofing trade. yes take all precautions.
