Eating mould doesn't qualify as taking as Penicillin. Indeed, some moulds can even be poisonous (usually leading to discomfort.) The mould has to be processed. Although some strains on meats do ferment into Penicillin. There is a very good paper on the subject, which I have cited in the "sources" section.

No, you can't do this.

Some mold (notable Penicillium notatum) releases a mycotoxin that we know to be penicillin, which inhibits the growth of microorganisms, primarily bacteria. This is why we use penicillin as an antibiotic.

However, not all molds produce this, and even if by chance the one on bread did, eating it would not really help. You would be eating the spores along with the mycotoxins. Some mycotoxins are very harmful to humans, but more importantly, spores are even worse. Spores can attach to organs, lungs, intestines, things like that, and they can proliferate. Basically you'd be growing mold inside yourself, which can be extremely harmful. Penicillin simply isolates this mycotoxin, which is why it is safe for humans.

The concentration of the mold would be too small. Furthermore, regular penicillin is destroyed by the acidity in the stomach. Oral penicillin that is prescribed is a modified potassium salt not found in significant quantities in nature.
