What is the relationship between pollution in the environment and the growing numbers of people who have diseases that were once uncommon?

It appears that autism is vastly more prevalent now. And, there appears to be a dramatic increase in the incidence of autoimmune disorders, such as fibromyalgia and lupus. Is environmental pollution responsible and to what extent?

They make all drug companies test their drugs on animals before they get to people. So why don't they try to figure out this whole stem cell research by using animals. It seems people would be more on board if they could say: "Hey, we broke this rat, monkey, hamster's back and fixed it with stem cells, now we think we can do it on people". Instead they want to mutilate human stem cells without really being sure they can do anything with them.

Supressing information about natural cures, so that you will buy their medicines.
I think so. There is more money in that then you growing the cure in your backyard or purchasing it for a whole lot less then what they offer it for.
Actually I think the whole system is whacked! The FDA is paid off to silence those in opposition

I was taking martial arts a few years ago, and I've found that it hurts for me to stand on my tippy toes, or to extend the ball of my foot in anyway. It hurts the arch of my foot. I went in for a spa pedicure recently, and I flipped out and started crying when the person doing the pedicure touched just slightly the arch of my foot. The only thing is, I'm only afraid of my feet. Your feet don't bother me in the least. Is this strange?

Ok, abortion is a big controversial issue lately. So what's the big deal? Why are people so hyped up about it? Do people really know what it entails? Well, a friend gave me this website and I highly encourage you to check it out. There is an abortion doctor on there who did a step by step documentary of what a abortion really is. It clearly lays everything out on the table, and it was by the doctor himself, so no one can argue with that. You can watch it on Windows media or any of those media players. But please be warned that, it is really graphic. But it answered all my questions, Perhaps it'll answer yours as well.

The website is silentscream.org

I was just wondering if anyone has ever been a doctor in any of the branches of military. Did you like it? What are its pro's and cons? I have read the Student Doctor Forums online, and it seems like the general consensus is that military medicine sucks. However, I'm not really sure if this is just a bunch of disgruntled army doctors ranting in one place online, and if the happy military doctors don't even know about the website. If anyone has any info, please tell me. Thanks!
