Supressing information about natural cures, so that you will buy their medicines.
I think so. There is more money in that then you growing the cure in your backyard or purchasing it for a whole lot less then what they offer it for.
Actually I think the whole system is whacked! The FDA is paid off to silence those in opposition

homeopathic cures are a bunch of bologna. Everything I've ever heard of doesn't work. So I doubt the pharmaceutical companies are holding back on this one.

The only thing pharmecuetical companies are concerned with is how much money is going into their pocket. The only people I know who totally trust this system are the people I know who are in pharmecuetical sales who say - the people who develop and sell the drugs - need their lucrative 3 figure incomes to survive in life because of the hours of research and time they invested they are so smart everyone involved deserves to be rich. The really sad thing about our entire country is that rich people control everything. They have every freedom because they have money to pass laws that benefit them. It's not based on majority count like it's supposed to be at all nothing is. Decisions are made based on money going into certain lawmakers pockets which is the bottom line of their decision making - not real public opinion. This is totally true, they work hard to convince others that natural cures and healthy eating won't help you a bit because they always come out with conflicting evidence about everything. They'd much rather people live an unhealthy lifestyle become ill and pay for their drugs than be healthy and not need most of them. The system is entirely corrupt. Why do you think there wasn't a big uproar about the approval of RU 486 that can cause severe hemoraghing gynecological issues and death. They know they can make alot of money and they're not concerned about the risks - only the money they'll make - and they will say they are benefitting our society by ending unwanted pregnancies. Well, I can guarantee that RU 486 isn't going to solve any issues only create more. Alot of drugs are like that. Think of the link with Paxil and teenagers committing suicide. Why is such a thing not totally headline news? Why isn't the drug simply discontinued for certain age groups right away? Because they will lose money and look bad. Deaths linked to the drug are irrelevant to them.

you may believe them as much as a component. I particularly take their drugs over organic remedies. a minimum of they have performed extensive study spending billions of greenbacks to look into the effectiveness of their drugs. needless to say they want to instruct a earnings so it is of their ultimate pastime to make the medicine as risk-free as humanly attainable. The fines the FDA can impose on them is gigantic and then there is the backlash from all the fairly unfavourable media exposure. they have plenty to lose. the agencies that i do no longer believe are the tiny pharmaceutical companies that produce drugs in dangerous circumstances, for the main inexpensive fee attainable. Many are started in coming up worldwide places the place the cost of unskilled labour is significantly decrease and the regulations related to drugs isn't so stringent.
