The answer to this question is no. OTC drugs that contain pseudoephedrine are ingredients to manufacture the drug. It is the specific meth chemical compound that is identified. There are prescribed drugs that do contain meth and those will show up on a drug test.

Depending on how sophisticated the test is and what they are testing for, it is possible they can show up. I don't want to steer you in the wrong direction because I don't know what kind of test you are referring to. If you use any OTC including diet pills like Dexatrim in large doses, trace elements can occur on the test and create a false positive.
