Has anyone tried tripping on Diphenhydramine (Benadryl and/or Sleeping Pills) before? What was it like and how much did you take?

I just bought some to use for their intented purpose, but when I checked the drug interactions online, I discovered that It could also be used recreationally quite safely, and produced hallucinations that were not as radical as LSD, but more realistic. So realistic, in fact, that they could not be distinguished from reality, often even after the drug wore off. Any ideas?

The tapes are labelled and obviously contain recordings of a psychiatrist's sessions with his patients. I am very curious to listen to them. On the one hand, the psychiatrist was negligent in just throwing them out in the garbage. On the other hand the little voice in my heads says it's wrong for me to listen to them . Should I listen to the recordings or destroy them?

I'm on Venlafaxine, Tramadol Hydrochloride, Diclofenac, Metaclopromide, Pantoprazole, Paracetamol and Iron for various health problems. I know I can't take some herbal pain relief and anti-depressants because of the meds I am on from the docs such as st johns wort as they can conflict with the ingredients in the tablets. I mainly want to reduce my depression and pain.
Any ideas?

My doctor told me it would hurt me to get an MRI since I have metal in my back, but another doctor said it wouldn't do anything to hurt me, but would prevent a clear picture.

Please advise!
